SECONDO MONA’s experienced staff is continuously kept updated and trained to handle in-house all aspects of Customer Support. The services offered to the Customer include Integrated Logistic Support, Technical Publications, Support to SECONDO MONA products, Support to MRO activities and ‘hands-on’ Training Courses to the Customers.
SECONDO MONA maintains an up-to-date library of original manufacturers (OEM) maintenance data (component maintenance manuals, bulletins and engineering drawings) through specific MRO Technical Assistance Agreements with the OEMs.
The SECONDO MONA Product Support Manager actively participates in the AIAD Documentation Working Group and has been nominated National Delegate for the ASD Simplified Technical English Maintenance Group (STEMG). Currently he is the Chairman of the STEMG. He is also a member of the ASD Product Support Group (PSG).
Training Courses on Simplified Technical English are also offered worldwide.
