	Quality Control * Dimensional Inspection The temperature and humidity controlled standards room contain highly accurate equipment covering all aspects of metrological inspection. Two multi-axis, computer controlled measuring machines guarantee the high standards: AE Leitz PMM-C 700P, complete of printer Leitz PMM866, complete of printer and plotter * Non Destructive Testing (NADCAP Certified) The Non Destructive Testing facility is equipped to perform NDT on both magnetic and non-magnetic alloys. The processes, the inspectors and the operators are periodically qualified to the applicable specifications. The facility includes: YXLON X-ray system, MG165/2,25 Zygl0 S100: Die Penetrant, Fluorescent, Post- emulsonable Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection Magnetoscope, Model CEM 1500/300 Magiscope CGM demagnetiser. NDT T2003 Gaussimeter (self-calibrating) Photometer for U.V. measuring Geiger X and Y rays detector NDT S291 Electronic Photofluorometer Nital Etch inspection system * Mechanical, Chemical and Metallurgical Laboratory The Laboratory is equipped with the most advanced instruments available and covers all aspects of mechanical, metallurgical and chemical testing and analysis for raw materials, semi-finished parts and items to be submitted to special processes such as: heat treatment, plating, painting, welding, etc. * Electrical and Electronic Laboratory The Laboratory is equipped with a wide range of master instruments which are used to certify the shop secondary instrumentation at fixed intervals.
	Assembly & Test The Operations Department features mechanical and electromechanical modernly equipped assembly stands, with clean areas to QA standards for controlled operations, and a comprehensive range of general purpose and special-to-type test stands for: Fuel Hydraulic and lube oil Air and compressed gases Electromechanical components including a computer-controlled altitude, temperature and humidity chamber
